Tax bills are out for the upcoming 18 month fiscal year (not 12)

As you may recall, Pittston is changing its fiscal year and the transition is an initial 18 month fiscal year followed by the normal 12 month year.  The budget presented at the March Town Meeting was for this 18 month period and most items passed by citizens as presented.
